Another life sabbatical as it seems for me again. Life has been full of joy and upside-down “flippedness.” However, my recent journey to Kripalu has been guiding my soul through reflective journal writing lately. Meeting Liz Gilbert that weekend was a defining moment for me. (More on that soon…)
The question she asked, that continuously plays in my mind on repeat is:
“Can you be trusted with the life you’ve been given? Are you to be trusted to steward your soul through this life?”
My answer: I don’t know…
